Seafood City
After a satisfying dinner at Mio, Erin and I walked to Cool Moon for a sweet treat.
Erin: Pistachio Goodness Diana: Balsamic Cherry Chocolate and Coconut
I have the coconut ice cream every time we go. I enjoy the flavor very much. It brings back memories of when I was in the Philippines years ago. I wonder if Cool Moon take requests, Ube please!
Last month my man-cub and I visited my parents in Vegas. We hung out by the pool, ate a ton of meat, watched too much cable, and became very friendly with 1¢ and 5¢ slot machines. My favorite part of that trip (besides hanging with the fam) was going to Seafood City. Ma had mentioned she wanted to take us to a Filipino store. She wanted us to see where she bought her food….ummm…okay?!? As soon as we entered the grocery store I understood what Mamma’ was talking about.

The place was completely spotless, shelves stocked to the top and faced like I have never seen. It was perfectly odd and quirky and overwhelmingly familar……I gotta’ go……need to organize something quick!
Day 2 of my “vacation” It is not even 10am yet and I have already completed my morning list. So it has come to this…..I have completed a manic search for a Diana GPK card.
